Mr. SRINIVASA T.M., hailing from a humble native village in Karnataka, began his entrepreneurial journey with a clear vision and strong determination. Coming from modest beginnings, he arrived in the city with the hope of building a better future.

With limited resources but an unwavering work ethic, he stepped into the facility management sector, specifically focusing on housekeeping, loading, unloading, scanning, packing, plumbing, construction, sanitation, and maintenance. Providing labor for routine and ad hoc work to meet emergent situations, we are well versed with all statutory compliance and maintain good PR with all satisfactory Authorities. Supply of services to MNCs and other companies, especially in logistics.

In the early days, his business started with just 10 housekeeping staff, catering to small offices and commercial establishments. The road was not easy—marked by financial constraints, operational hurdles, and intense competition—but his commitment to quality service and client satisfaction stood out.

Through perseverance and continuous improvement, Mr. SRINIVASA T.M. gradually built a reputation for reliability and efficiency. His company steadily expanded its workforce and service scope, eventually gaining the trust of several renowned industries.

As of 2025, his business proudly employs and manages over 500 trained personnel, providing manpower to some of the leading industrial giants such as Arvind Mills, Linfox Logistics, and other reputed organizations. The services include not only housekeeping but also skilled and semi-skilled manpower for logistics, maintenance, and administrative support.
